I have meant with that final question with the list of questions below: I know there are quite a lot, but I hope you will find a convenient time for you.
- My P 4 has a motherboardintegrated Graphics Card(onboard(Internal) VGA), Audio Card, and Network adapter. The motherboard manufacturer is Asrock(775i65G(REV: G/A 2.12) with integrated Graphics Card , and AGP slot to which a removable graphics card can be installed.
Yes, apparently their are some motherboards with integrated graphics, Dell sold some P4 boards years ago. So you are correct, its just hat I have never seen any.

I know A 'graphics card' is the subsystem inside the PC that handles the video output. Can be a stand-alone card, or integrated into the CPU.
So, my questions are:
**Firstly:**Then, the desktop computers are much better than notebook computers since I noticed that almost all desktop computers have a graphics card integrated into motherboard, and another AGP slot to which an external stand-alone graphics card can be installed.
So, in desktop computers, if the integrated graphics card got defective, I have another AGP slot to which I can install a stand-alone graphics card.
Also, if external graphics card was defective, then I can replace it without replacing the entire motherboard.
However, I noticed that laptops/notebooks(like mine) have a a discrete graphics card integrated into motherboard, and graphics card integrated into CPU, then if the discrete graphics card integrated to motherboard got defective, then I would need to replace the whole motherboard. If the graphics card integrated into CPU got defective, I would replace the CPU.
**Secondly: Could you please confirm this for me:**I noticed that there is a slight difference between desktop and notebooks.
In desktop computers, the internal graphics card is integrated into motherboard. However, in notebooks(like mine), the internal graphics card(called:internal GPU) is integrated into CPU.
However, In desktop computer, the external stand-alone graphics card is discrete which can be installed into the AGP slot/PCI express.
However, in notebooks(like mine), the discrete graphics card(called discrete GPU) is integrated into motherboard.
b) Not all BIOS's include all possible settings, higher end motherboards usually have more options, entry level fewer option (based on the chipset and supported CPUs) and store bought system like Dell, HP, Acer the least number of settings the user has available and can change.

Firstly: You think that my BIOS does not have this option of Switchable Graphics mode as well, although my motherboard is Hewlett-Packard? This is most strangE . My BIOS lacks many options, although BIOS vendor is insyde H20 AY44 7578, and its motherboard is Hewlett-Packard?

Finally:(This is a little bit longer)
Although there is no option at all in my BIOS to set internal/Intel GPU to disable, I would like you to let me know:::
1- Why must I set that? If I had set that, then I could be no longer able to switch between graphics 'power-saving GPU, which is Intel GPU, and high-performance GPU, which is 'discrete GPU/HD6770.
I thought it would help keep the CPU running cooler.
2- I can switch between graphics (IGUP) and (DGPU) without seeing Switchable Graphics Mode in my BIOS
I am nearly sure that there is no option to set the Intel GPU to disable in my BIOS. I have tried that before(could you please take some time to look at my points below).
a) If that works for you then stick with it.

If you are still having problems I would replace the fan.
Firstly: By the way, you don't reply to me if cleaning the old fan with that paint thinner would not let the fan function again as it is supposed? I will need to replace the fan with a new one even if the physically outside form of the old fan is still fine and good.
As said before
I no longer have a new fan which can be compatible with my laptop, I have returned that new fan to the merchant. I have not used that new fan for two reasons, the first one I am NOT quite sure that that fan would be solve the problem with error 'the system has detected a cooling fan is not operating properly..', the other one is since it would be costing me a lot (about $50 for just a fan, in eBay.com, the Fan/heatsink assembly is sold for $30), so I have returned it to the merchant, although I have hardly found it in Yemen because HP Pavilion Notebooks parts are not sold in Yemen.
I have been still asking you about this utility to know if my fan is working well or not since the error 'The system has detected a cooling fan is not operating properly' appears to me again, after I have blown the old fan with a compressed air and cleaned it with a paint thinner. Also, even I have cleaned the exterior vents in the heatskin/metal plate with the paint thinner and with compressed air. I.e. While dismantling my computer, I thoroughly removed dust from all internal cooling components. Also, I ensured that wires from the system and CPU fans are connected to the motherboard securely.
Yes, the fan blows air out, and the air is fairly warm, but the air blown out by fan is not very quickely. The fan is blowing warm air from the computer.
Note: I only applied new thermal compound on both of only the tops of CPU and GPU. I didn't cover the entire tops of CPU and GPU with new thermal compound since I only found that the old thermal compound was only put on the tops of CPU and GPU. It is not put on the entire tops of CPU and GPU.
