Thanks a lot,
I don't think it is a matter of the way of applying thermal compound. So, I am continuing giving the points to avoid the process of dismantling my laptop, and then putting it together since this would take much time.
1- I previously cleaned up my old fan with both a compress air, and with paint thinner, and then have oils it with an Oil sesame(since I was afraid it got dry due to paint thinner). So, I put my cooling system assembly together( mount the fan onto the heatsink)
2- Even if most likely that applying a new thermal compound with the directions you have suggested would help fix the problem, I don't have Isopropyl alcohol- 99% or any alternative to use now in my country. I really live in a country out of commerce. I asked many doctors about Isopropyl alcohol- 99%, and they didn't know it.
Some pharmacists said that it is chemical material can be made up/prepared by a request. But, I don't know if they mean with that material with Isopropyl alcohol- 99%. I told them It's used to kill germs in a cut or scratch. Also used to relieve body aches or pains by rubbing it on your body.
3- What material do you use to clean the old fan? You use Isopropyl alcohol- 99%???
4- While no **motion(notebook is settled well on table, and quarter of its left-hand side is out of table) ,**If the video on Youtube.com are playing, the the CPU temperature are high, especially when the pages are active, not minimized. I think. However, when playing videos on my PC not on the browsers online, then the CPU temperature are fairly low. But, I really cannot monitor it perfectly since I am human, and not utility designed to do that.
5- My fan sometimes makes loud sound while spinning looks as though it needs oiling?
