Hi,

First of all: I know that I have been having a problem with my HP Laptop Battery, and with its cooling Fan.

However, I am now wondering what detected this error below as long as it was shown even before  the notification saying 'the press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' Thus, if the BIOS detected that there was a problem with the HP Battery storage', then this error should have been listed after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' was passed.

'HP Battery Alert:    The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low. For optimal performance, this battery may need to be replaced.'

That alert lasted about 15 seconds, and then the 'press 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' is shown.

Next: This is error below showed me::

'The system didn't detect that a cooling fan is operating correctly'

I know that BIOS detected that a problem with 'Cooling Fan' since the Alert of error was shown after passing 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'

Any comments would be highly appreciated

    Thanks a lot,

    I hope you answer me:

Firstly: Only when start my notebook, I faced this error The system didn't detect that a cooling fan is operating correctly'. However, whenever restarting it, I have not encountered any any error.

**Secondly:**While looking for my Cooling Fan/CPU fan/heatsink (For use only with computer models equipped with a graphics subsystem with 1024-MB discrete memory 641477-001), I found the same fan/heatsink with different prices:

    * at eBay.com, HP Pavilion DV6-6000 DV7-6000 Fan Heatsink 650797-001 641477-001 665309-001 with US **$26.99**

    At Amazon.com,

*CPU Cooling Cooler Fan Heatsink for HP Pavilion DV6-6000 DV7-6000 650797-001 with $18.69

    *HP Pavilion DV6-6000 DV7-6000 Fan Heatsink 650797-001 641477-001 665309-001 with $57.51

So, with $18 would be much better if all the three the same.

    Thirdly:

If I want to purchase from Amazon.com, eBay.com, or any other online sellers while in Yemen, I need to pay for international shipping fees. However, I found a service called Global Wasel service, which is only available in the Saudi Arabia. That service will save the international shipping fees. So it is a money-saving idea.

Global Wasel service  facilitates  the shopping process of global stores requiring a postal address in certain countries, and that can be by connecting a companion address in America and Britain, dedicated to you in the state you want to buy from, by your  national address in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and then delivering that  consignment to you via service «continued ». This service enables you to take shipment to you via Wasel service . This service enables you to utilize from  the outstanding  price to the value of shipping from these countries to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a result, as long as this global Wasle service is only available in Saudi Arabia, I have asked a friend of mine residing in Saudi Arabia to give me his Wasel service address for both the US, and the UK.

The mechanism of service is as follows:

1- I would like to type in my Wasle address as my shipping address in shipping address form while purchasing from online sellers while in Yemen.

2- Once I completed the purchase,  the items will be shipped to my friend's Wasel address I have typed in the shipping address.

3- When my purchases are delivered  to global Wasel address, the Saudi Postal re-send them to my friend's national address in Saudi Arabia which is connected to his global Wasel address.

4- In the end, my friend will ship them to me manually.

Note: The shipping fee  that is paid during the purchase process includes delivery to that address entered in that State, and it  does not cover the cost to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

How to pay for the delivery cost  to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

1- Upon arrival your purchases to your companion address in America and Britain, a shipping bill  will be issued according to goods weight.

2- You'll be notified through SMS on your mobile phone or on your e-mail to notify the arrival of shipment to Saudi Arabia your purchases.

3- You'll be required to make the payment  for shipment by using the method of payment through «pay off» system with local banks.

    My questions are:

1- do you think that my item will be delivered in a reliable way?

2- as long as the service only give address in the UK, and in the US, do you think all online sellers will ship to these two addresses.

3- do you think I can utilize the advantages of the outstanding  price to the value of shipping from these countries to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4-I only know that sellers at Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and HKTDC can ship to the US, an UK. However, not all the online sellers in all market websites can ship to the UK, and US(i.e. some online sellers only ship to countries other than the UK, and US)

    1. Both ZP-360 and HC-151 are not sold where I live, so I'm not familiar with either.

    1. The fan needs to be replaced.
    2. Both ZP-360 and HC-151 are not sold where I live, so I'm not familiar with either.

I checked with a friend who build computers and he has not heard of either ZP-360 or HC-151 so you need to use your own judgment as which is best to use.

    Thanks a lot,

I have been told that HC-151 is

    http://www.amazon.in/Original-quality-Thermal-Compound-Syringe/dp/B00TCKF5CW

The 3 dollars are only remains after I have purchased something from that merchant, and I don't think he will return them to me. So, I told him to send me any product with that remaining price of $3. Do you think purchasing  HC-151 will be useful, in particular I have  ZP-360.
