'Battery Alert' appears before the 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.', however, ' Cooling Fan Alert' appears after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'

I was NOT running many streaming videos. However, all what I was running four streaming  videos.(two on Youtbue.com, and two videos saved on my HDD and palyed with my media player installed on my Windows

Now, this results below was taken while running one video saved on my HDD and palyed with my media player installed on my Windows, and two on Youtube via internet.







Could you please reply to my points below:

1- I have run the SpeedFan tool, and I have sent its test results to you before. Have you seen it? I do think it is just  a fan speed-monitioring software, and it is not  fan speed software?

It is just monitoring software.

2- Although I have sent the spare part number of my old fan/heat sink to the seller before purchasing the fan/heatsink that I need, unfortunately the new fan/ heat sink assembly purchased from eBay was not fitted to my motherbooard.(i.e. it wasn't mounted to the CPU and GPU). However, only the fan was similar to my old fan. So, I took out(removed) my old fan from my old heat sink, and after taking  the new fan from my new heat sink, I installed the new fan in-place my old heat sink very well.

3- By the way, the new fan/heat sink NOT suitable to be in-place my old fan/heat sink has been pre-applied with thermal compound by vendor. So, all what I need to do is applying new thermal compound onto the CPU and GPU, and mounted Fna/heats sink onto the CPU and GPU. But do you think it is reasonable there is a pre-applied thermal compound on the new heat sink?

Yes, it is a common practice to have a pre-applied pad of thermal compound. However most pre-applied compound / pad is not as good as Thermal Grease/ paste.

If yes, then If I applied new thermal compound onto CPU and GPU, and in the heat sink, the contact surfaces to CPU  and GPU are pre-applied with thermal compound by the vendor, then the amount of thermal compound would be much.

If by this you mean remove the paste from the new heat sink (which as you said does not fit on your computer) and use it on your old heat sink, no it is not a good idea, don't do it. Your system appears to be fine as it is now.

4- You told me to "open the Control Panel / Power options / Change plan settings / Change advanced power settings / Processor power management / and check the Minimum and Maximum power state settings."

But when I did, you didn't comment on it? I did not see what I was looking for, so I did not comment, sorry.

Your graphics is too hot, but that could be becasue you are running multiple streaming or you did not apply the thermal paste correctly. ZP-360 is not the best thermal compound to use which could also be a problem.

Try running a single steaming video and post back your results.

Your CPU temperatures are OK considering the load and you are not receiving any warning messages.
