Yes, check your CPU and motherboard specifications to see which or both.

Again look in the BIOS for FAN / Thermal settings if available.

Finally: Do you know where these online seller websites  'eBay.com, newegg.com, and amazon.com, and hktdc.com' are  located in the world? (i.e. when I purchase anything from any sellers' products exhibited on one of those websites, then from where do the sellers ship their items??

I am just asking since  a friend of mine has a shipping address in  the US, and other one is in UK. So, if I'd used them, the shipping fee would be local fee. So, when my friend receives the parts/items I have purchased by my Mastercard while in Yemen, then he would ship them to me.  I hope you understand me. 

Bear in mind, I have been thinking of a way to ship my items to another country since shipping directly to my country Yemen will let my items get lost or stolen in Yemen Customs. So, I have been thinking of using my friend's address in the US as my shipping address while I will purchase my items with paying by my Mastercard. (I.e Yemeni billing address will be different from shipping address) --(my a my MasterCard billing address will be different from my shipping address)

I was told by an ebay community member that   Yes. One can have several whipping addresses, I do, you just have to make sure the correct one is chosen is checkout.

Their is heat sensor is built into the CPU and sometimes an external sensor that is part of the motherboard. The heat sensor is used to measure the heat being generated by the CPU, if the sensor detects too much heat it will result in either reduced processor clock speed, controlled by software installed by the PC manufacture and or the BIOS shutting down the computer down.

I have no idea as to what he means by a "Ping". Ask him for clarification.

However, if you mean the cooper pipes. There are no ends of the cooper pipes which are opened(hollowed). So How can I blow the air through them? 

Yes, blow the compressed air through the vents(airways) of heat sink.

1- No The seller said that it is a replacement for my OEM fan, but he said he wouldn't offer a refund if it does not work, but he would a refund if it was not fitted to my heat sink, not bolted in my heat sink.

2- Yes, I did that before, even I have cleaned the vents of the heat sink with paint thinner. 

Do you think that cleaning the old fan, and vents of the heat sink with paint thinner might  have resulted in losing the heat sensor.

Could you please answer my five points below?

1- This is my my Heatsink Compounds 'ZP-360' i have used.

Not familiar with that brand - no comment.

2- My fan/heatsink assembly is OEM cooling system unit. However, the new fan whose  final two  screen shots posted  above are not OEM unit. So, you think if I had replaced the old fan with a Non- OEM unit, the fan would be working well,  or my laptop would be still overheating? NOTE: as said that new fan costs $50. So, if my laptop would be still overheating after installing the new fan, it would be a big problem.

As long as the seller said that it is a replacement for your OEM fan and will offer a refund if it does not work.

3-If you see my third screen shot while my fan was being removed from my heatsink, then you will see the cooper pipes can never be blown by a compressed air, nor even are they cleaned with any way since they are closed from all of their ends.  The ends of the cooper pipes are  soldered to the exterior vents(airways) of heatsink. Do you mean with blow the compressed air through the vents(airways) of heatsink. I have done that, and even I have cleaned the exterior vents of heatsink by a paint thinner.

4- In the link below, I found another person complaining from the the same problem I have been complaining from except that my laptop is not shut down automatically when overheating.

5- I have read in that thread whose link is above, 

(A)- jerry built or jury rigged another fan to blast air through the fins and see if that allows the laptop to run for longer .. perhaps the end of the hoover to suck air faster through the slots .. might work!

On sailing ships, a jury rig is a replacement mast and yards (which hold the ship's rigging) improvised in case of damage or loss of the original mast.
