'Battery Alert' appears before the 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.', however, ' Cooling Fan Alert' appears after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'

Again if your system is running OK (No overheating warnings) I would leave what you have in place and don't try making any changes.

I really have throughly cleaned my fan and heatsink with a paint thiner. I first removed the old fan from the heatsink/metal plate, then blowed out the fan with a compressed air as well as heatsink. Then, I have cleaned the Fan, and metal plate with paint thiner, and cleaned all old thermal compound from the the tops of the CPU and GPU as shown in these screen shots below:(there is no thermal pads at all, all what is found is thermal compound, and only the old thermal compound is on the tops of CPU and GPU. The thermal compound is not on the entire tops of CPU and GPU)

After that, on the tops of CPU,  I applied and  spread  new thermal with amount which is slightly bigger than a grain of rice but smaller than a pea. The thermal pound is silicone compund, and not silive compound.

Next: I have put  the newly rebuilt heatsink down on top and screw down.

Finally: I have put  my notebook back all together. When starting my notebook, the error 'The system didn't detect that a cooling fan is operating properly' no longer appears to me.

However, when I run again the core temp, I found there is no difference in the CPU temperatures in the last while facing the error 'cooling fan is operating properly', and now.

However, in last screen shots, the value of temperature in the fields 'core#0' and 'core#1" are highlighted with red. However, in the temperature read now, there is no highlight

First install Core Temp to see what the real CPU temperatures are for each core and post back the reading when the computer is idle and when under heavy use.

Yes, I did. Although the laptop is plugged in to the main power supply while battery is inserted and led is red which means that battery is charging.

NOTE: Those two alerts said before were shown to me even if restart my laptop while is plugged to main power supply, battery is inserted, and led is red which means that battery is still charging.

Also, even if the battery got fully charged by converting the led from red into white, then when restarting my laptop, those alerts were shown to me.

First of all: Really HP company, in particular those people in the HP forums don't care about the customers at all, and my laptop will be corrupted BY the problems I facing with the CPU fan, battery, AND NO ONE HELPED ME.

HP agent in Yemen does not sell spare parts for the HP Pavilion Laptops, nor request from abroad?

• I know that I have a problem with Cooling fan, battery.
• I have sprayed my fan to clean the dust . However, it didn't help at all.
• However, I have asked HP Community about my problem, and they said you should take your laptop to the HP agent in my own country.
• However, when I took laptop to the HP laptop to the HP agent(YEMEN), HP agent in Yemen does neither sell spare parts for the HP Pavilion Laptops, nor does request them from abroad.
• Now, I want to open the back of my laptop, although it does not do it justice. It is major surgery and I mostly come in from the top. I want to only thoroughly clean out the fans or even replace it with a new one since if cleaning it didn't help, then I would need to open the back again, and replace it.
• I need way to get a new fan, and battery. How to do? COULD YOU HELP ME?
