Windows Mobile Device Center Compatibility with Windows 10

Is or will Windows Mobile Device Center be compatible with Windows 10?  There are some legacy devices that require sync with WMDC and then there are security personnel that do not allow devices to connect to their Wi-Fi but rather connect them via USB using WMDC.  I was able to get WMDC to work successfully on Windows 8 and 8.1.  So far I have not heard any news in regards to Windows 10.  Looking forward to hearing results and or news regarding this.  Thx everyone.

My problem is not connection.  The PDA connects to the PC correctly but sync with outlook fails.

On 10 February 2016 the following updates were applied:

Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Junk Email Filter (KB3114743)

Security Update for Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack Service Pack 3 (KB3114745)

Security Update for Microsoft Office Excel 2007 (KB3114741)

Security Update for Microsoft Office Word 2007 (KB3114748)

Security Update for Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack Service Pack 3 (KB3114548)

Security Update for Microsoft Office 2007 suites (KB3114742)

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3135173)

Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool for Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 - February 2016 (KB890830)

Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3135782)

Prior to the above being applied my PDA connected and synced with Outlook correctly.

After the above being applied my PDA connects but sync with Outlook fails.

Therefore I believe that one or more of the above updates is the cause of the sync failure.

I thought I had re-sync'd my PDA since Win10 big update, but today I can hear all the right noises when I plug in via USB but WMDC just comes up as Error.

In Device Manager under the HP Device I see Yellow warning triangle and for properties I see:

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API."
