Hi,

i have a cellphone  Nokia 6300 and Nokia PC Suite does not work on Windows 10 32-bit.

When i connect cellphone and PC via USB cable,PC doesn't recognize it at all.

From another side,PC Suite works fine on Windows 7 32-bit.

PC Suite version is 7.1.180.94. I have tried another version too ( 3.8.54 ) but it's the same thing.

Use Mass memory or Media transfer mode instead of the default Nokia Suite USB mode. Change the mode in the phone menu Settings > Connectivity > USB. This will let you copy files between the phone and Windows 10.

If you want to sync data to Nokia Suite, try connecting the phone and Windows 10 via the Bluetooth connection instead of USB (if Bluetooth is supported by your PC). If the Bluetooth connection is properly established, you can use it for connecting and syncing your phone with Nokia Suite.

This thread is not about Windows Phone but about devices with Nokia Belle (Symbian/S60) and same early Nokia Series 40 devices. If you need the latest drivers for your Windows Phone, from a well-known source, please, install the Software Recovery Tool. It comes with the mentioned drivers. Nevertheless, those do not help with Nokia Belle based devices. For those, you have to workaround the connectivity via an Bluetooth USB adapter.

You may want to explain that to NB because I don't have any issue with Nokia's phones or anything else for that matter. NB and I was trying to figure out why the drivers I obtain from

software.informer wasn't working for his PC. And by the way I know what this thread is about.

So you may want to share your information with someone who cares to know in the future.
