Hi,

i have a cellphone  Nokia 6300 and Nokia PC Suite does not work on Windows 10 32-bit.

When i connect cellphone and PC via USB cable,PC doesn't recognize it at all.

From another side,PC Suite works fine on Windows 7 32-bit.

PC Suite version is 7.1.180.94. I have tried another version too ( 3.8.54 ) but it's the same thing.

Use Mass memory or Media transfer mode instead of the default Nokia Suite USB mode. Change the mode in the phone menu Settings > Connectivity > USB. This will let you copy files between the phone and Windows 10.

If you want to sync data to Nokia Suite, try connecting the phone and Windows 10 via the Bluetooth connection instead of USB (if Bluetooth is supported by your PC). If the Bluetooth connection is properly established, you can use it for connecting and syncing your phone with Nokia Suite.

Wow I was just in that website before I made my last post to be sure I didn't give you the wrong information.

I never had that to happen before on PC, But I did notice that happening between Android and IPhone OS.

The Web search turns up two different link from two different OS. Ok I just came from the site, did you see

    any of these downloads

    http://winusb-drivers-x86.software.informer.com/

    http://lumia-uefi-blue-driver.software.informer.com/

    http://emergency-download-driver.software.informer.com/

    http://winusb-coinstallers.software.informer.com/

Not sure where you looked but all was there just now, you must have clicked on an ad download by mistake or

    something?

i see on the web the info only, no download for:

winusb-drivers-x86.software.informer.com or http://emergency-download-driver.software.informer.com/ and i do not click any "ad" downloads - clearly distinguish them and disable as soon as that option available.

After i installed Software Informer client app from the MS Appstore in my laptop, the search does not gives me any help easier.

I can see several .NET API-s and Frameworks, some C# USB sources :}  but not what i need.

My apologies that you can't find what you're looking for. But here is and illustration showing that I got the drivers from that site installed on my PC. I have no ideal on why its not working for your PC

Which phone model do you use?

There is problem in Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver in all Symbian-Belle devices.
