Hi,

i have a cellphone  Nokia 6300 and Nokia PC Suite does not work on Windows 10 32-bit.

When i connect cellphone and PC via USB cable,PC doesn't recognize it at all.

From another side,PC Suite works fine on Windows 7 32-bit.

PC Suite version is 7.1.180.94. I have tried another version too ( 3.8.54 ) but it's the same thing.

Use Mass memory or Media transfer mode instead of the default Nokia Suite USB mode. Change the mode in the phone menu Settings > Connectivity > USB. This will let you copy files between the phone and Windows 10.

If you want to sync data to Nokia Suite, try connecting the phone and Windows 10 via the Bluetooth connection instead of USB (if Bluetooth is supported by your PC). If the Bluetooth connection is properly established, you can use it for connecting and syncing your phone with Nokia Suite.

It worked for me too. It is a simple solution although one must note that the Nokia USB Serial Port and Nokia USB Modem shall be disabled - NOT removed!

It would be simple to implement when one knows this and can adjust the installation process for the Nokia Suite/Nokia PC Suite. The Microsoft bought the Nokia Mobile Division in 2013 and is thus the owner of these drivers and softwares. But the hope that the Microsoft will perform the adjustments needed is very little.

Yes, but it is loaded up here and working on W10pro 64 bit and W10 32 bit.

The issue is that you have to disable the phone as a modem.

I couldn't get Nokia Suite to work on Windows 10, but after a recovery of Windows 10 pro I right-clicked on the Nokia Suite install file and instead of "Run as administrator", I choosed "Troubleshoot compatibility" (at least that's what I think "Felsök kompatibilitet" should be translated to from swedish), I went through the wizard with default choices and presto, Nokia Suite is working fine! I can sync my Nokia E71 with Outlook 2010

Bluetooth adapter is broken on my PC so I connected my phone with USB and then Windows installed USB drivers automatically (took long time, several minutes).

The Nokia Suite version successfully installed on my PC is 3.8.54:

I hope this will work for you also!
