Nokia PC Suite does not work on Windows 10

Hi,

i have a cellphone  Nokia 6300 and Nokia PC Suite does not work on Windows 10 32-bit.

When i connect cellphone and PC via USB cable,PC doesn't recognize it at all.

From another side,PC Suite works fine on Windows 7 32-bit.

PC Suite version is 7.1.180.94. I have tried another version too ( 3.8.54 ) but it's the same thing.

Use Mass memory or Media transfer mode instead of the default Nokia Suite USB mode. Change the mode in the phone menu Settings > Connectivity > USB. This will let you copy files between the phone and Windows 10.

If you want to sync data to Nokia Suite, try connecting the phone and Windows 10 via the Bluetooth connection instead of USB (if Bluetooth is supported by your PC). If the Bluetooth connection is properly established, you can use it for connecting and syncing your phone with Nokia Suite.

    I do not own a phone with Nokia Series 40 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 or Feature Pack 2 (aka PR6.1) like your Nokia 6300. Anyway, instead for the PC Suite, please, go for the Nokia Suite and try the workaround for Symbian/S60 based phones. If that does not work around your issue, please, report here in this thread. [Updated to lasted findings]

    So is this a priority for MS/Nokia??

    I have a N8-00

    I suspect that it is in the MTP USB driver

    I have a Pure View 808 worked well with Nokia Suite 3.8.54.0 on  my 8.1 pro laptop

    Then I  downloaded windows 10 .

    I uninstalled and reinstalled at least 7 times with the Nokia Suite but always part section (tools,sync. etc) were greyed out.  The machine kept telling me that itwas driver error.

    The 808 is fantastic but not much use if I cannot download.  So I went back to Windows 8.1 Pro.

    AND, of course the suite worked like a dream when downloaded.

    Nokia is now owned by Microsoft...... 

    Please help us.
