Anders, I doubt Microsoft is able to fix this because they laid off too many people in the past. Or said differently: The knowledge might have vanished within Microsoft. Therefore, did you consider to go for the workaround via a Bluetooth USB adapter?
Thanks Abi99, nowadays I use the 808Pureview as a still/videocamera , as it is far better than my Sony Xperia Z3Compact. And I also use it as a Navigator when I am abroad. So I need to download various maps for my trips to use them locally on the phone.
(No cost for navigating abroad)
So I really need the syncronizing-function. I know how to copy files between the Phone<-->PC. That works.
But I like to syncronize, which is smoother.
I uninstalled the Windows 10 and took a step back, to the Win7Pro 64-bit again.
But only finding, that the functionality of Nokia Suite is gone, I even uninstalled and reinstalled NokiaSuite.
The problem is that NokiaSuite on the PC, does not recognize the 808Pureview in "NokiaSuite-mode" when the USB Cable is connected. (The other three modes seems to be recognized).
In spite of the phone goes automatically into "NokiaSuite-mode", when the USB Cable is inserted.
I have tried the Bluetooth-workaround, but it ended up in a possibilty for file transfer only.
Not syncronizing.
The syncronizing did not worked at all for me.
Have you managed to get the sync to work in Bluetooth mode?
