Hi,

i have a cellphone  Nokia 6300 and Nokia PC Suite does not work on Windows 10 32-bit.

When i connect cellphone and PC via USB cable,PC doesn't recognize it at all.

From another side,PC Suite works fine on Windows 7 32-bit.

PC Suite version is 7.1.180.94. I have tried another version too ( 3.8.54 ) but it's the same thing.

Use Mass memory or Media transfer mode instead of the default Nokia Suite USB mode. Change the mode in the phone menu Settings > Connectivity > USB. This will let you copy files between the phone and Windows 10.

If you want to sync data to Nokia Suite, try connecting the phone and Windows 10 via the Bluetooth connection instead of USB (if Bluetooth is supported by your PC). If the Bluetooth connection is properly established, you can use it for connecting and syncing your phone with Nokia Suite.

Install latest version of Nokia Suite

    Connect your Symbian phone

Open Device Manager on your PC

    Disable Ports>Nokia USB Serial Port

    Disable Modems>Nokia USB Modem

    Disconnect your phone

    Restart your PC

    Open Nokia Suite

    Connect your phone

This worked for me after months of trying other ways to get it to work. The bluetooth option also works but it tends to be slower.

Thats work, i must test some second symbian phone also

Maybe you should try out Svetlana's solution:

"Everything works, connect your nokia to pc,go to device manager-ports-NOKIA USB SERIAL PORT-Right click-deactivate (NOT "Delete), then modems-NOKIA USB Modem-Right click-deactivate, disconnect phone and, restart PC if needed. Your  PC Suite already Works 98% (sync, backup, galery). To add another "%" for usb modem you have to download HUAWEI app "Mobile Partner" and install it,connect your nokia to pc, go to modems-NOKIA USB Modem-Right click-update driver -manually-from already installed-uncheck-HUAWEI INCORPORATED--HUAWEI MOBILE CONNECT 3G MODEM-"yes" and disconnect cable immediately-then modems-NOKIA USB Modem-Right click-activate. Injoy. Don't Forget in modem propertyes add initialization command."

If you don't need to use your phone as a modem, this is a very simple solution. Don't have to install anything. For many this works fine. I can use my Nokia 808 now with the usb-cable and both PC Suite and Nokia Suite work fine on Windows 10 (64 bit).
