Hi,

i have a cellphone  Nokia 6300 and Nokia PC Suite does not work on Windows 10 32-bit.

When i connect cellphone and PC via USB cable,PC doesn't recognize it at all.

From another side,PC Suite works fine on Windows 7 32-bit.

PC Suite version is 7.1.180.94. I have tried another version too ( 3.8.54 ) but it's the same thing.

Use Mass memory or Media transfer mode instead of the default Nokia Suite USB mode. Change the mode in the phone menu Settings > Connectivity > USB. This will let you copy files between the phone and Windows 10.

If you want to sync data to Nokia Suite, try connecting the phone and Windows 10 via the Bluetooth connection instead of USB (if Bluetooth is supported by your PC). If the Bluetooth connection is properly established, you can use it for connecting and syncing your phone with Nokia Suite.

Everything works, connect your nokia to pc,go to device manager-ports-NOKIA USB SERIAL PORT-Right click-deactivate (NOT "Delete), then modems-NOKIA USB Modem-Right click-deactivate, disconnect phone and, restart PC if needed. Your  PC Suite already Works 98% (sync, backup, galery). To add another "%" for usb modem you have to download HUAWEI app "Mobile Partner" from  here(both part1 & part2. It's a single file splitted to 2 parts)  and install it,connect your nokia to pc, go to modems-NOKIA USB Modem-Right click-update driver -manually-from already installed-uncheck-HUAWEI INCORPORATED--HUAWEI MOBILE CONNECT 3G MODEM-"yes" and disconnect cable immediately-then modems-NOKIA USB Modem-Right click-activate.  Don't Forget in modem propertyes add initialization command. If it still don't work try second solution from here.

Helibobs, here this thread is about Nokia Series 40 and the other thread is about Nokia Belle. Because you use a Nokia based on Symbian/S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1, please, hit the button ‘Me Too’ in this thread …

Juan, please, create a new thread so we can discuss your issue isolated from this thread. Originally, this thread is about Nokia 6300 (Nokia Series 40 3rd Edition). Actually, this thread is not about Windows phones or Symbian/S60. Although you face the same symptom in a similar scenario, the cause is different with your Nokia 311. Therefore, please, create a new thread and I look into your case separately.
