Hi All,

I am getting recurring BSOD errors on my Desktop. There are no recent hardware / software changes / additions other than windows updates.

Please help me with this.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit - 8GB DDR3 RAM (with all latest Microsoft updates installed)

Were you running the Microsoft Safety scanner, when this occurred? Please run driver verifier (DV) per the instructions in the link below.

Note: Make sure to read and remember the steps to reset DV in the event of a crash, and post a link to the newly generated crash dump here.

    Hi Gerry,

    I have disabled the Bluetooth from BIOS and uninstalled it from the system.

    Now when I am running Driver Verifier, the system hangs after the login screen. I tried twice and had to hard reboot when it didnt boot after waiting 2 hours.

    But I havent seen any BSOD errors.

    You have a MotioninJoy Virtual Xinput device. I suggest you uninstall this device and test using Driver Verifier to see if the blue error goes away.

    Type Device Manager in the Search box above the Start button and press the ENTER key. Locate and right click on the device and click on Uninstall in the drop down list. Also disconnect the device from the port on the computer and restart your computer. Test using Driver Verifier.

    BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)

    The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.

    This may or may not be due to the caller.

    The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of

    the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver

    verifier to a suspect driver.
