Thank you, thank you and thank you for your comment about the possibility of Microsoft abusing the privilege given to it as a company for us as consumers of his products. Speaking the truth based on trust in vital. In today's business, consumers and people
seem to have no right anymore. Our government are already bought by big companies and our elected leaders and their ministerial branches don't care about us and don't protect us as part of their job anymore, and they don't adhere to moral responsibilities
for the people and society.
I had my Windows 7 updated to Windows 10 after incessant request to update windows 10. I did but after that I started having so much problem with my computer, my windows live developed problem and started freezing after a minute of starting it. Some of my
application stopped working.
After a month of going through **** using it, I wanted to revert back to Windows 7, and I found out that it would be impossible. I found that consumers have only one month option to uninstall windows 10 which I missed by a day. The option given after a month
was ridiculous. You can get back to Windows 7 by starting from the scratch going back to OEM with restore disc losing all your documents and applications. If your computer was custom, you will have to delete everything by formatting and possibly partitioning
your drive from start. The second option was not losing windows 10 but losing all your applications and files as well.
As my computer was custom, I backed my files on removable disk and used the first option because I never want to have Windows 10 again. After wiping and formatting my hard drive, I installed window 7. The first problem I encountered was that I could not
activate my windows7 with the original product key. I spoke with Microsoft and they told me all the gibberish story they always say, and I should buy another license. I had no choice other than buying the product key again.
The second problem was all my office documents could not open because the file extersion has added .PFILE at the end on all my office 2010 files. I researched online and foud out that the file (.pfile) was created by microsoft as a protection file. I don't
know why they did that and all the files are mine which were documents I created and saved. I have tried my best and no one could help me. Now those files are lost.
The other problem is that I just got email from Outlook saying that I should use Windows mail on Windows 10 which I don't have anymore because it ruined my life. When I had Windows10 I tried Windows mail and found out that it limits your fredom to choose
and how you navigated the application or add other non Microsoft emails. The email I got from Outlook says that they would phase out Windows Mail Live in July 2016 and I should either use Windows mail on Windows10 as wrote earlier or go online and use Outlook.com
for my Microsoft email. This is another way Microsoft is trying to control consumers as noted earlier. Microsolft is now turning into Google to get hold of her customers and manipulate them. this concept came, I believe when the idea of Cloud became popular
meaning that consumers have no right or ownership, and should all be at the mercy of Microsoft and other software companies.
It is very sad, if it were 35 year ago or before that, the government would have stepped in to question these behaviors; unfortunately, big businesses now own our government and the media that are supposed to report on these abuse and evil acts.
