Intel HD Graphics Driver via Windows Update

Getting error 0x800F0244 during Windows Update when it wants to update my Intel HD Graphics Driver on my computer which runs an NVidia driver for my discreet GTX 750 card.

I have updated the driver from a driver found on the Intel website, here

However, WU still wants to install this driver after checking for updates.

Error 0x800F0244 is listed on Microsoft Website as 

- SPAPI_E_SIGNATURE_OSATTRIBUTE_MISMATCH<br>- 0x800F0244 The software was tested for compliance with Windows Logo requirements on a different version of Windows, and may not be compatible with this version.

I have already cleared the SoftwareDistribution folder at least twice, the update will not go away.  I have since hidden it.

BTW, I have a 3rd generation (Ivy Bridge) i5-3570K processor on this machine.  I have 2 other machines with Intel processors (a Sandy Bridge Celeron with no discreet graphics, and a Haswell Refresh Pentium G3258 with a Radeon HD 7750 discreet card) all running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, and I haven't seen this update yet for those.  

Edit:  same update appeared for my Celeron machine as well.  I hid that too.

    A new weird update for everybody.

    I turned on my other laptop, the one that was having the driver problems, for the first time in several days and checked for updates. Now its showing everything is up to date and the driver update has disappeared. Anybody else have this?

    Yup,

    Your RIGHT!!! I have been in my W 10 partition the last couple of days and just came back to my main partition. As I expected, MS fix is to with draw the driver update.

    Well I am glad that is over as the consternation has picked up here.

    By the way, for the individual whom is talking about WSUS, most are not even going to know that terminology much less anything about the varied Windows Servers that MS has......

    Most who post to a forum about an issue don't know a lot of things they then learn in that forum.

    There's a handy tool all know about... it's called google.  It takes all of 15 seconds to google WSUS to find out what it means.  Since what this topic is about is WSUS, then the correct terminology should be used.

    ...or would you rather everything be dumbed down?  If that's your position, everyone should take offense; simply because one may not be an advanced user does not make them an idiot.

    EDIT

    Seems I was a bit generous on the time, as it takes just under 4 seconds to google "WSUS" and have a result returned.

    No need to hide any updates, It seems Windows or Intel one has fixed their mistake.

    Yap,

    I searched for updates one hour ago, and, BOOM!, no update was available. Everything was up to date. Apparently, Microsoft or Intel fixed the problem.
