I'm having trouble with location. It is showing me some message. Have attached screen shot.
My location service is on in settings, yet I can't use t in MSN weather app.
If I click on the location button in the app, this is the message is get.

Are you seeing inaccurate weather conditions in the MSN Weather App?
The MSN Weather team has received feedback from users of our Apps Windows & Windows Phone platform as well as the MSN Weather website about inaccurate weather conditions being reported ranging from Incorrect location detection (Home or Current), Inaccurate Current conditions (precipitation, temperature, wind etc.) or Forecast issues. Thanks for the feedback - we appreciate it very much. We are working to improve the quality of the app from a functionality and data perspective.
This discussion forum has been created to enable two-way communication between the MSN Weather team and users of the MSN Weather app (Windows, Windows Phone) around data quality issues users are experiencing with the app. When reporting issues, please be sure to provide us details that will help us diagnose issues faster such as:
- User's Location (Current or Home)
- Date of the Weather data anomaly.
- Type of data issue - current conditions (temp, precipitation, wind) or forecast conditions
- Version of OS (Windows, WP) on your device
- Version of the app currently installed on the device

2015-08-27T17:12:06+00:00 Comparing MSN Weather temperatures to ACTUAL ones will never have you believing in Global Warming as the MSN App is always at least 5 to 10 degrees COLDER than actual temperatures!
The app may predict a real high temperature, but it will never reach it most days.
Also I'd like to see the current temperature as default displayed when I open the Start Menu!
Can't apps sense when a lock screen or menu is opened? I see they often stop moving after a while.

It is not universal. Just click all apps and find your weather app or put your weather app as [add to start menu) so it's more easily accessible. Then just click on it and enter your local information. You should have local info involved unless your in a place in the world that does not allow this. I would just put my information on which weather spot in the world that I want to know. This should work.
