How do I get the simplest regular solitaire icon on windows 10 to pin to my task bar?

I did not ask for my solitaire games to be deleted. Why did you do these these

things without my permission. I worked forty years to collect my genealogy and you have taken it off my computer. Put it back!!!!!!! My Microsoft no has bee the same for some time, and I see no reason to change it now,  The number is 0397924

OK so now I have Windows 10. I have regular old Solitaire on all my devices. I would like to get it on my computer. Not fancy Solitaire games like Klondike,Spider, Free cell. Just the old regular Solitaire game. Can I do that?
