OK so now I have Windows 10. I have regular old Solitaire on all my devices. I would like to get it on my computer. Not fancy Solitaire games like Klondike,Spider, Free cell. Just the old regular Solitaire game. Can I do that?

I was able to get the Solitaire game on but it isn't the same Solitaire that was on 7. Not even close. I would pay most anything to get the original Spider Solitaire but thank you for trying.
Look at Bruce Hagen's post in this thread from August 4, which contains information that has been posted multiple times. It's a good idea to read before posting.
