Solitaire on Windows 10

That was what I suggested. What I urged you to do was to save a copy of the zip file outside of your computer.

I don't know what update you got, but it must have been for a program I don't have. Other than Defender, my last update was on 6/29.

I did try to unzip the files from where it was saved on the computer. That didn't work so I went to the site where I got it from ( http://winaero.com/download.php?view.1836) and downloaded it again and it worked. I now have the games back. For some reason it seems Microsoft doesn't want you to have the old Windows 7 games on your Windows 10 computer

Note: A Windows Update such as the Anniversary Update may cause the games to not function. If that happens, remove the zip file and extracted files, reboot and reinstall it. In case the download page somehow disappears from the Internet, I would advise saving a copy of the zip file to an external device such as a DVD.

I had the old windows 7 Solitaire and Mahjong Titans downloaded and playing on my Windows 10 computer for a long time with no problems. I just got a new mandatory  Windows 10 update on 7/7/2017 and now they don't open anymore. In my opinion this is theft.

When l went with windows 10, solitaire was installed, now, the icon has disappeared and l am unable to use it.   Will you please restore it.  Thank you
