Google card.dll, if you have not already. There are several links where they tell you how to fix the missing card.dll (I think .dll's are buried in Windows stuff). After calling 4 times & getting cut off somewhere along the line Windows tech staff told me
to get the free games from the Shopping Bag Icon or the store. I did that but the games are not the same - but the appeased my husband... NOT me because to play a game now one must scroll down all the apps & find the game you want to play in alphabetical order.
Was much easier when they were in the folder Icon on the strip (which by the way remains empty - as I get time I will work on it - the card.dll is a significant component). Also, one cannot more the apps into a single app folder (guess they do not want you
messing with the arrangement of their apps even if they are free).
Too bad, their are people who like to organize things especially when they use them everyday and often when they are looking for a quick pick me up after a hard day!
