Ever since i have upgraded to Windows 10 these failures happen at random times throughout the day. Mostly when i am playing a game but also has happened when watching Netflix. I have checked and updated all of my drivers and everything is up to date.

Sometimes it says VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR, this one is not as often. I have looked online and tried almost everything people have said are solutions and nothing works, and there and almost no solved posts for this problem on windows 10 only for 8.1 and 7. The only way I can recreate the problem is by opening Hearthstone, other than that it is completely random and really annoying.

PLEASE HELP

Have a new HP Pavilion computer with pre- installed win10. Running Xcel. When ever I copy and move, I get this error. it is as if the the computer cannot keep up with the mouse interrupts. Just reloaded lastest Intel display driver and still it still does not work properly. I just moved from win 10 back to win 7 on another HP desktop computer after MSC checked my computer said it was all ok for win 10 upgrade.... then I spent 4 days trying to find out why I could not print and not all my networks could be found. Then some guy in India found out HP does not have win 10 drivers for my computer..so I'm back to win 7 doing ok except for my new laptop. doesn't any one do testing at MSC, HP & Intel anymore?

Joe Ibanez Sr. Sorry your having this issue! I believe the problem began with the second to last update! I don't know if you can roll back any update that has to do with just "OUTLOOK" or not.

Seriously this just started happening to my PC and I have been upgraded for close to a year. I believe that Microsoft has the obligation to look into this and come up with a doable solution. Following the instructions posted so far does not cure the problem. So c'mon MS get it together. This is a major annoyance and I expect a solution from the 500 lb.  gorilla.

Thanks for the Sandy Bridge Information. I will have to open the Desktop and see if the Video Card is integrated into the motherboard if it is I can spend $25-$50 and get a card to fit the expansion port and be done with Lenovo forever. :)

if you have a PCI Express slot, it's possible to install a better video card and perk up overall windows performance.

mobile users are stuck with their CPU provided graphics.
