solitaire collection for windows 10

I tried to open the solitaire collection this morning and it will not open.  I did a re-bot and it still would not open.  Is there a software glitch?

    I  have windows 10 on my laptop, and Solitaire collection worked fine for about 2 days,  now it will not even open.   I did leave it trying to open for 2 hours yesterday, still nothing.   Hope someone can give some advice how to sort it.

    Also since having Windows 10 I cannot access the app store once again it will not open.

    allI see is 246 people with this problem and nobody has an answer for the problem, Why cant I get a response from microsoft.

    I just updated to windows 10 and now I can not get Microsoft solitaire collection. I am not very computer oriented so could you look aat this and fis it for me.

    Have the same issue. MS Solitaire Collection will not open. Rebooted several times and it does not help.  Tried to uninstall it and then reinstall but could not do that either (e.g. Right clicked on the app but no command to uninstall). Am at a loss as to what happened. Have similar app issues with Microsoft Mail, Photos, and Calculator on my computer. Would like to know if Microsoft has a fix for these issues? Did not have any of these issues with Win 7, 8, or 8.1.

    I did a total restore/recovery and now it all works.  Just have to reinstall all my favorite apps.
