solitaire collection for windows 10

I tried to open the solitaire collection this morning and it will not open.  I did a re-bot and it still would not open.  Is there a software glitch?

    I  have windows 10 on my laptop, and Solitaire collection worked fine for about 2 days,  now it will not even open.   I did leave it trying to open for 2 hours yesterday, still nothing.   Hope someone can give some advice how to sort it.

    Also since having Windows 10 I cannot access the app store once again it will not open.

    allI see is 246 people with this problem and nobody has an answer for the problem, Why cant I get a response from microsoft.

    I had this problem, and I resolved it by doing a system restore. I chose a restore point that was earlier than the date I started having a problem. The system restore worked for me. I found this solution by quite a bit of searching on the internet, and a video at

    It is about 5 minutes long. After watching the video I had Solitaire up and running in less than 15 minutes (the restore process does take a few minutes, and requires a reboot).

    I restored my PC last week but had not used Microsoft solitare  for over a month. As such I will not do another restore to repair or re-install the game.  Microsoft needs to fix it on iy's own or I will deleat the game completely....THX for yoy comments.....

    Unable to download app from Microsoft solitaire collection, hit get app nothing happens, get error cannot find ms-store etc. Help have uninstalled previous Microsoft Solitaire collection it was not working, have not been able to download anything from Microsoft since..
