solitaire collection for windows 10

I  have windows 10 on my laptop, and Solitaire collection worked fine for about 2 days,  now it will not even open.   I did leave it trying to open for 2 hours yesterday, still nothing.   Hope someone can give some advice how to sort it.

Also since having Windows 10 I cannot access the app store once again it will not open.

I have Windows 10 on my Laptop and Desktop installed. On both PC Solitaire Collections opens fine. Unfortunately on the Laptop the mouse is very unresponsive to the point that you can't play the game. The only difference in the installation is, that the Laptop had the Prerelease of Windows 10 before the final update.

This powershell command will remove the solitaire, then you will need to install it again from Store.

1. Open PowerShell - Run as Admin
2. Execute Get-AppxPackage*solitaire*|Remove-AppxPackage
3. Restart Windows at the end of command
4. Open Store and reinstall Solitaire

Or you can reinstall it using this command:

1. Save the installation path of Solitaire using this command: $manifestpath=(Get-AppxPackage*solitaire*).InstallLocation +"\Appxmanifest.xml"

Value should be like this $manifestpath="C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_3.3.8040.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Appxmanifest.xml"

2. Run the install again: Add-AppxPackage-register$manifestpath–DisableDevelopmentMode

Same situation with me ... no solitaire or access to App store..... I knew I shouldn't have upgraded to Windows 10  !!!!

Same here.. IT wont open must be a glitch.
