OK. I just want to clarify and confirm. Windows Media Playerwill be available with Windows 10, but Windows Media Center will not be available.... Right? ( I hope so, as I usually use the Windows Media Player on my Windows 7 PC to play my music)

2017-05-21T19:04:38+00:00 You're not alone with that particular model - this LINK is just one example... my Dell laptop (Inspiron 1545) was not set up to be used with W10 but that didn't stop 'update readiness' tools slipping in!
Have you run the SFC tool to see if that shows up any issues?

2017-05-21T17:48:12+00:00 I have already updated a while back, this has been an on-going ordeal since I upgraded. I put in a cd WMP shows is it's playing but no sound. Ran all the troubleshooters installed/updated drivers. No help.
