    I am in England and have just purchased a Stream and cannot redeem the Gift Card I got with it. I tried all your tips above and no good. I am trying to do it from the Stream itself. Not great guys

    Yep. The offer said it was good until 12/2015, said to verify email address then follow instructions in email. No instructions in email, link is no longer valid. Your gifting link above requests a code, which was not given with the offer. The offer is still valid, but there's no way to redeem it given the directions you've given on the link, in emails, or here.

    The browser is IE, all default settings on the HP Stream, so I'm guessing that's not the limitation here.

    Any other ideas?
