    I was on call with support person for 2 hours and even tried to chat online for 1 hour to help me redeem the $25 that Microsoft was promoting when I bought the HPStream laptop. I believe it was all a fake. Nobody from support was able to help me.

    I don't think we can redeem the $25. Any body found any way out?
