HP Stream Gift Card

502 error. I have contacted customer support with no answers. Fix this ASAP

Like the poster said above me, this is false advertising. As much as I like the computer, I will return it tomorrow because I cannot trust this. Whats going to happen when something in my machine goes bad? No support

im getting the same thing everyone else is getting... please help with this... this should not be false advertising

502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server. There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. I think we all want to know if the advertised gift card is valid or not. I purchased an HP Stream 13 from the Microsoft website and cannot redeem my gift card because I keep getting the above page. I have tried every suggestion in this forum and nothing works. My purchase was 2 days ago (7/15/15).

I have tried the link with IE and Chrome,

I have cleared my cache and cookies on both,

I have chatted for 2 hours with Microsoft support,

I have been on the phone with Microsoft support for 2 hours also,

I have spoken with HP,

Nothing works!

I don't even care about the card anymore, I'm just want to see if Microsoft will honor the gift card or not - If not this is the last time I will bring my business here. There are many other retailers with prompt and effective support.

same here, nothing is working. all the links given to others don't work at all. I see limited time till dec. 2015 but its only july 2015. still nothing
