Having trouble finding the Tools menu on Windows 10

Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Press Windows Key + R, type explorer shell:::{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153} in Run and click OK. It will open the folder of administrative tools available in Windows 10.

The reason I'm trying to find tools menu is to change my mail settings. junk mail, etc.

When some problem crops up about windows surely it would be to the advantage of Microsoft to publish there own expert reply on how to solve the problem which is after all of their own making for coming up with an operating system so complicated as windows 10 as apposed to the simplicity of previous versions
