Having trouble finding the Tools menu on Windows 10

Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Press Windows Key + R, type explorer shell:::{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153} in Run and click OK. It will open the folder of administrative tools available in Windows 10.

    Yes, I did figure it out, totally by accident. I hope I can remember now. It is really simple. First, go  to Internet Explorer home page. Mine is set to open in Yahoo. Next, right click the  settings icon on the upper right. Then click on "lock toolbars." The toolbar should then appear. I hope that is correct. Otherwise, just play around with the setting icon. I think that's what I did after I got totally frustrated.

    In my frustrating search for answer I think I will end my search..found out it isn't available!!

    Now how stupid is that!!

    Yes it is available but i can’t remember how i found it. Just frustratingly searching around on my own. Click settings icon on the top right of the home screen and lock tool bars (i think)
