Having trouble finding the Tools menu on Windows 10

Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Press Windows Key + R, type explorer shell:::{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153} in Run and click OK. It will open the folder of administrative tools available in Windows 10.

    I can't find it either.  No "gear" symbol any more either.  I want to set Google as my search engine and can't figure out how to get it.  Following instructions calls for clicking "Internet Options" after clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, and that's not visible option.  So far I'm not liking Windows 10 at all and am thinking of switching back.  Don't even know if that's possible since it 10 came on my new laptop.  Ugh.  Very frustrating.

    Having the same issue here; after following your instructions and successfully opening up the admin tools...where do you go from this point? - to enable the original "tools", "file", ect. menus- that would normally appear when you open up your browser??

    Thank you for any help.

    I did the following and said I needed an app for this, I'm thinking "oh God please help another app," so I went ahead with that then it said that explorer shell did not exist. REALLY!!!!! why not just a straight answer for a simple question. As far as being helpful, sure to get this far at least..............

    On Windows 10 there is no tool  listed to click on, and is there an easier way? I typed all that and went into documents and could not find any tools listed except for picture tools?
