Having trouble finding the Tools menu on Windows 10

Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Press Windows Key + R, type explorer shell:::{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153} in Run and click OK. It will open the folder of administrative tools available in Windows 10.

    In Windows 10, personalization, customizing and managing computer settings are all combined under All Settings page. Regarding your concern, are you looking for the Administrative tools? If so, you can open it by performing the following steps:

    1. From home, press Windows key + I to open All Settings.
    2. On the search box, enter Administrative tools.

    In the right hand corner of the task bar at the bottom of your screen by the time and date there is a box with lines on it and a number in a circle (the number of notifications that you have), that box with the lines is where your notifications are.  If you open that, at the bottom there are a bunch of boxes.  Look for the one with the gear on it, that is where your settings are.
