Having trouble finding the Tools menu on Windows 10

Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Press Windows Key + R, type explorer shell:::{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153} in Run and click OK. It will open the folder of administrative tools available in Windows 10.

    did not work for me after following your instructions I was faced with my document folder HUH ! why has Microsoft made windows10  so stupidly complicated compared with say windows 7 which I enjoyed trouble free for years, reckon it was someone who knows vastly more than the average keyboard bloke in the street and wanted to show off, come on lets get back to basics and offer two levels of windows 10   one for the egg heads and one for chaps like me who simply want to enjoy their PC for home and personnel use.

    If the windows key is the four square key at the bottom of the keyboard, pressing that and "L" keys takes me back to the first blank screen and requires the sigh in pin to start over.
