Having trouble finding the Tools menu on Windows 10

Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Press Windows Key + R, type explorer shell:::{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153} in Run and click OK. It will open the folder of administrative tools available in Windows 10.

Everyone has that problem I think. The tools menu I was needing was associated with my mail , I changed my mail server to Outlook again and solved my problem. Everything I need is on Outlook, if only I could solve my other W10 problems this easy. This is the first time I'd seen. Outlook 2016 and it's unbelievable, everything you could want is there and easy to understand.
