No audio Output Device for Windows 10

I just Installed windows 10 this morning everything runs fine expect for the sound, where is it?

I have tried troubleshooting the problem its says it has fixed it but the little red cross is still is cuddling into the speaker icon. I have tried everything uninstalling and installing the sound again.....does nothing. I even disabled and enabled it......does nothing. I must tell you I am not computer literate and would love for someone to just give me simple instructions and a step by step guide on how to actually fix this problem.

IDT - Audio Device - IDT High Definition Audio CODEC - Error 0x8007001f <<<<<<<<< this is the error that keeps appearing. 

Help me Obi windows Kenobi you're my only hope :)

    Me too. There is a contradiction. On side, it is said that "this device is working properly", yet in other side: "no audio devices are installed"

    I am using Asus laptop U35J with Windows 10 - 64 bit.

    Hardware ID:

    Let's try this:

    1. Go to the window that says "no sound devices are installed"
    2. Right-click and select "Show disabled devices"
    3. Right-click and also select "Show disconnected devices"

    Now does anything show up? Thanks!

    I sort of stopped half way through the calamity of having no sound now that we have all gone to the "Big 10", and I'm sorry that dude was absent upon critical rollout timeline and SHAME on product MANAGER for ever letting this poo-poo on the public that probably has a lot to do with supporting your paycheck. 'YOU'RE FIRED!" ABSOLUTELY INCROMHENSIBLE DISTRUCTION TO AN OPERATING SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    There is no way to make this HUGE error up! I just cant wait to see what you suggest we install next

    Just an idea: Send that product specialist to Iran or did you hire him from there?

    I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you're trying to say. If you want help with your audio can you please tell me what kind of computer you have, and can you share the audio hardware ID? Without that there's not much I can do for you. :-)

    I have a similar issue with my Jabra UC Voice 750 headset.

    When I plug in the headset USB connector, Windows 10 attempts to add the headset as a sound device. The "Installing device" progress bar is stuck at about 30% for a while, and finally fails. The "Connected devices" screen shows "Jabra UC Voice 750 Duo" under "Other devices" with status "Driver error".

    Device Manager shows "Jabra UC VOICE 750a MS" under "Other devices".

    The Hardware IDs are as follows:

    USB\VID_0B0E&PID_034C&REV_0121&MI_00

    USB\VID_0B0E&PID_034C&MI_00
