No audio Output Device for Windows 10

I just Installed windows 10 this morning everything runs fine expect for the sound, where is it?

I have tried troubleshooting the problem its says it has fixed it but the little red cross is still is cuddling into the speaker icon. I have tried everything uninstalling and installing the sound again.....does nothing. I even disabled and enabled it......does nothing. I must tell you I am not computer literate and would love for someone to just give me simple instructions and a step by step guide on how to actually fix this problem.

IDT - Audio Device - IDT High Definition Audio CODEC - Error 0x8007001f <<<<<<<<< this is the error that keeps appearing. 

Help me Obi windows Kenobi you're my only hope :)

    unscribe me from these post please I resolved my issue months ago and sick of daily post to my email burning up my laptop. stop with giving me info I resolved long time ago. again am getting sick anf tired of my battery on my laptop being burned up with this ninsence **** of repeat answer that I fn fixed thanks to Microsoft support team. you people make me very very ill when you keep on daily with hope this resolved your sound problem over and over and over again. I'm about fet=d up with microssoft now I just want to scream and stop using you beacause of this nonsnce crap of repeat day after day after day crap. then when I try to unscribe from the question I cant y beacause your so fn dumb and not have it there in the link in email. hit link to unsribe from question but where the hell can you. no where thats where.
