Video TDR Failure Windows 10

I recently upgraded to Windows 10, I had Windows 8.1 before and did not like it so, I was more than willing to upgrade. Since I upgraded I have been getting the "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" Error while playing a game on Steam called Borderlands 2. This Error does not appear while playing any other game and did not happen before the upgrade. Any help with this? I have read quite a few posts that talk about updating the Graphics Card's Driver, but it is up to date. Not really sure what to do, other then downgrade back to Windows 8.1 until I can find an appropriate fix for this issue.

    I think I got a little confused.  I have two problems.  On my Dell laptop, I am having the video TPR problem.  I think I use Realtek  Graphic.  I updated my laptop with Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.

    But, I am having aa problem downloading Windows 10 on our desktop.  We received a message that we could not update to 10 because we did not have GeForce updated.  I was told that if we could delete file KB3004394 and make sure that the update #KB3024777 was installed, we could update GeForce and could then download 10.  Our desktop is Sony Vaio running GeForce.  When we went to GeForce to download the update, we were told they could not find our file to update.

    I am so sorry for the confusion.  I do like 10.  I am having a time finding everything.  I can't use Edge yet, because our Norton cannot support this yet, but, they are working on it.

    Everyone is experiencing the Video TDR Failure, now i know why Windows 10 is free, because no one can charge money for this bad quality OS.

    I have the standard Intel Graphics card that came with the computer. The issue is Windows 10. Don't try blaming it on "outdated" drivers. They're not outdated. I keep my Laptop up to date as much as possible. Please find an actual fix to this issue. I am am tired of reading these "fixes" that are only just a way for you to play us off like its our fault. We all know that its your OS, not us. Please stop with the petty reply's on how to update the drivers that are UP TO DATE.

    This is clearly a Windows 10 issue.     I could run my Facebook slots game with no problems before I switched to Windows 10.   NOW !   When I play FACEBOOK SLOTS ....which is not an extremely heavy graphics game on my 1200 Alienware X51 gaming desktop.   I keep getting this ridiculous error.   My desktop eventually shows a blue screen with the error :   VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (igdkmd64.sys).    Now what is the problem and how do I fix this please :)
