I recently upgraded to Windows 10, I had Windows 8.1 before and did not like it so, I was more than willing to upgrade. Since I upgraded I have been getting the "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" Error while playing a game on Steam called Borderlands 2. This Error does not appear while playing any other game and did not happen before the upgrade. Any help with this? I have read quite a few posts that talk about updating the Graphics Card's Driver, but it is up to date. Not really sure what to do, other then downgrade back to Windows 8.1 until I can find an appropriate fix for this issue.

I am really sick of WIN10 already !!
I am running a quad core based gaming rig - and Win10 is rendering my PC useless by constantly shutting it down due to, I assume driver error, telling my PC that the Video/Graphics is failing !
Someone needs to come up with a solution ASAP - for the meantime, I am deleting Win10 and going back to Win7 Ultimate !!
What for ? after I disabling battery for couple minutes then plugged back turn on laptop, disable NVidia graphics in task manager , restart , enable again and it finally works without yellow notice and without code 43 !! But now I think that its temporarily... and should I update to 355.98 or no..
355.98 fixes a lot of issues

hm ...my intel hd card works without any notification that something goes wrong...but after update to windows 10 half an hour gaming and my NVidia card in task manager shows that yellow exclamation point (code 43)! uninstall and after install previous driver version or latest ...doesn't work! And after I disable battery on my laptop for couple minutes and then turn on.. manualy disable NVidia card in task manager and restart ..then enable NVidia card in task manager..and it works without yellow exclamation point!! (353.62 driver version) I'm not a gamer .. but sometimes play in pes or worldofwarships ! Now I think to update to latest 355.98 ...but there are doubts !
