Video TDR Failure Windows 10

I think I got a little confused.  I have two problems.  On my Dell laptop, I am having the video TPR problem.  I think I use Realtek  Graphic.  I updated my laptop with Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.

But, I am having aa problem downloading Windows 10 on our desktop.  We received a message that we could not update to 10 because we did not have GeForce updated.  I was told that if we could delete file KB3004394 and make sure that the update #KB3024777 was installed, we could update GeForce and could then download 10.  Our desktop is Sony Vaio running GeForce.  When we went to GeForce to download the update, we were told they could not find our file to update.

I am so sorry for the confusion.  I do like 10.  I am having a time finding everything.  I can't use Edge yet, because our Norton cannot support this yet, but, they are working on it.

 Sorry for the trouble. Norton Identity Safe is currently incompatible with the Microsoft Edge. We are investigating alternative ways to deliver these technologies for Microsoft Edge. Everyone is experiencing the Video TDR Failure, now i know why Windows 10 is free, because no one can charge money for this bad quality OS.

This is rubbish, the problem is clearly with Windows 10 and Nvidia Drivers.... Im running the same games with the same Gigabyte GTX 970 WF3 OC as before the upgrade to Windows 10 and only since then have i too had this problem and i can tell you 100% that the upgrade to Windows 10 is the only system change ive made ! ! ! ! ..... The GTX 970 is plenty powerful enough to handle Breach and Clear Deadline which is so basic is ridiculous.... i can play GTA 5 maxed at 1080p for god sakes. So to blame it on Graphics Cards been overloaded or used beyond its capabilities is an absolute joke of an excuse ...... I will be rolling back if you don't get this issue sorted. We are not stupid Microsoft ! Pull your finger out !!!!

This happens on Breach and Clear Deadline with a Gigabyte GTX 970 and Nvidia Driver - 355.6 ( the latest one ) and also done it with the driver before too....
