Video TDR Failure Windows 10

I think I got a little confused.  I have two problems.  On my Dell laptop, I am having the video TPR problem.  I think I use Realtek  Graphic.  I updated my laptop with Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.

But, I am having aa problem downloading Windows 10 on our desktop.  We received a message that we could not update to 10 because we did not have GeForce updated.  I was told that if we could delete file KB3004394 and make sure that the update #KB3024777 was installed, we could update GeForce and could then download 10.  Our desktop is Sony Vaio running GeForce.  When we went to GeForce to download the update, we were told they could not find our file to update.

I am so sorry for the confusion.  I do like 10.  I am having a time finding everything.  I can't use Edge yet, because our Norton cannot support this yet, but, they are working on it.

 Sorry for the trouble. Norton Identity Safe is currently incompatible with the Microsoft Edge. We are investigating alternative ways to deliver these technologies for Microsoft Edge. Everyone is experiencing the Video TDR Failure, now i know why Windows 10 is free, because no one can charge money for this bad quality OS.

I cannot load any GeForce driver update at all.  So, I continue to get this error.  I found on another website regarding Windows 10 that I would need to delete the Windows update #KB 3004394 and to make sure I had update

#KB 3024777.  I can find both updates installed.  But, I can't find either one of these to uninstall the one I need to uninstall.  I have looked on the Nvidia site, but, I can't find any information.  Please, someone help.
