Game not working on Windows 10

I installed a game yesterday and had to uninstall it because it would just not work. I tried everything. Frist, it would say I had to be an administrator for it to run, so I ran it as an administrator, but then it just wouldn't start. So, I ran the technical compatibility troubleshoot and tried every setting they recommended and it won't start or open at all. It doesn't even try to start. The run as administrator permission box opens and I click ok and then nothing happens. It still won't work. Any fixes for this? It worked before on windows 7 and then I upgraded to windows 10 and now nothing.

    Regardless of Anant Service suggestions that reinstalling graphics drivers is some gaming panacea ... It's not.

    The issued faced by the OP has nothing to do with graphics drivers or running as administrator.

    If your problems are with launching disk based games the source of the issue is the DRM Blocking malware

    MS has built into Win10. I have full details in my post at  --this thread--

    • If this is not your issue you would do better to start your own thread and give full details of what is, or is not

    happening. Include any error messages. Also list the fixes you have already tried.

    Include the brand and model graphics processor and cpu brand and model your machine uses,  and which

    game or games you are having problems with.

    The windows 10, that I loaded on my laptop distroid it,so will you replace my laptop, I dought it very seriously thanks for nothing.

    It worked for me and should work for you too. I was for ages trying everything but finally this worked! To open a command Prompt as administrator go to accessories and right click 'command prompt'. I couldn't find accessories so I just typed command prompt in the windows search bar.
