Logitech M510 – Do you have the latest drivers?

http://support.logitech.com/product/wireless-mouse-m510#download

Testing to see if the Event 17 warnings stop may take a time judging by the frequency in which they are reported. Otherwise I think all that should be done is to wait and see if another blue screen error occurs. I do not think that reinstalling Windows is justified.

    Mike

Have you removed all that ADW Cleaner found?

Please use Autoruns to delete 10 entries where the words “File not found” appear. With Autoruns you can uncheck an item, which disables it from starting, or you can right click an item and then delete it. Click the Everything tab and look for the rows highlighted in yellow. To delete a disabled item you need to recheck it before you can delete it.

The malewarebytes is the free version (they keep wanting me to renew).

Are you sure it is the Free version? It sounds more like a trial copy of the Pro version. When you download the free version you have to make certain you uncheck the box before Enable free trial of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium.

Please upload and share with everyone fresh copies of your System log and your Application log (two files) from your Event Viewer to your One Drive and post a link here. You can remove any earlier copies of the logs from your OneDrive.

To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window expand Windows Logs and select System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files. Do not place the cursor in the list of reports before selecting Action from the menu. Do not clear logs whilst you have a continuing problem.

    Hi Mike,

I'll just add that the issue may be with the inbuilt camera driver, the snp2uvc.sys.

Here is some info from the memory.dmp file you provided.

    !DevObj           !DrvObj            !DevExt           ObjectName

    > fffffa800bfafa00  \Driver\usbccgp    fffffa800bfafb50  0000009b

    !DevNode fffffa800bfaf730 :

    DeviceInst is "USB\VID_13D3&PID_5122&MI_00\7&458bfa4&0&0000"

    ServiceName is "SNP2UVC"

Other users have reported similar errors.

You could try updating the camera driver and/or disable the camera in the Device Manager.

You can obtain the latest camera driver for your computer from the following link. Based on the Hardware Id (USB\VID_13D3&PID_5122) the camera is an Azureware:

    Hi,

Could this have anything to do with KB3054476?  stream.sys

Was listed as an optional update last patch day.

When you mentioned the camera driver I wondered whether somehow the webcam (?) may have come into play. I'm not as experienced as you guys and don't want to point in the wrong direction but as a lay person maybe it could be? Stream.sys is showing in his crash dump (if that means anything of course).

    Hi,

KB3054476 does not appear to be installed on the OP's system as the stream.sys appears to be at the original version.

But yes, Microsoft drivers can sometimes be problematic.
