Told to "Log in as administrator" when trying to run an old game

I just upgraded to Windows 10.  I tried running an old game, which was doing OK on Windows 8.  I get "access denied" when I hit start, and a message telling me to log in as administrator and try again.

I am the administrator.

So what can I do?

This ancient thread should have been locked long ago, but since they haven't done so...

This error is bogus in relation to trying to play old disc based games.

It has nothing to do with running as admin. MS built a 'security feature' into Win10 - DRM Blocking.

I have full details about this so called 'security feature' and why it p revents disc based games from

launching in my post at  --- this thread---

Short story - Old disc based games that use SafeDisk copy protection require using a noCD fix/hack to circumvent DRM Blocking.

btw - This 'feature' was also added to Win7/8/8.1 via a security update (as explained in my linked post) .

    I understood Microsoft privacy policy but the privacy policy I experienced from the beginning my case with the Bankers Federal Government the debtors and violators Microsoft not assist  me the way I expected. the Microsoft team took advantage of myself and my wife before she died and after . our documents missing the format can not read and moved from the original one drive. and I am still struggling to get my family financial resources. I request Microsoft for attorney and office to creat in US and Microsoft never inform me about my request . I also trick to used the Microft proof reader grammer I thought they would help me with my financial rsources but turn out not I also authorized Microsoft expert to safe me rescue me from hackers stealing my documents and other important information associated with social security administration and turn out thee Microsoft might help other federal government thisis whay I and my wife acse never stop because of money invoved.
