Hi Simon
I am back from a work trip, and I played around with a few settings. I can now get Money Sunset Edition to run in the Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 9879.
I changed the Compatibility settings:
Good luck!

As a long term user of Microsoft Money and now Money Sunset Delux I am keen to learn if the programme will still work on the imending Windows 10? I would be happy to resume paying for Money, as for me, this is the 'Killer App' which keeps me on the Windows platform. Does anyone esle out there still use Money? How can we get this fantastic Personnal Finance software continued? or, Have you found a realisticly alternative application?

I tried this and the registry edit and Money will run, but every time I try to download transactions from my bank the program crashes. Has anyone run into this and found a fix?
Yes, get the mnyob99.dll patch.
Thanks! Found it and it worked :) Link below for anyone new having the same issue.

I was pleased with the windows 10 update that solved the problem with opening Microsoft Money rather than making changes to the registry.
however money crashes when adding a new payee, I have circumvented this by using an existing payee and adding a comment in the comment field. Has anyone found a solution to solo the issue of Money crashing?
