New software update for Lumia 535 & Lumia 535 Dual SIM rolling out in selected markets

How about an update for fix the Touchscreen Multitouch problem for Lumia 535 in Mexico (Telcel Carrier or Varian ROM)?

We still having a lots of problems with multitouch and other similiar screen problems.

Carrier don't honor updates, fix or exchange since their still saying there wil be an official fix anytime soon and we are affraid this phone will dont be fixed any time soon.

I hope next Windows Mobile 10 will fix the problem, if not we need an Total Recall of this entire 535 line and a refound, exchange or repair since people is loosing faith on this particular model..

be advised that this touch screen issue is NOT software related. you need to get new touch panels installed.

don't you have a warrenty system that allows you to get those phones directly repaired by the official service partner of microsoft and override that carrier nonsense?

in germany, for example, they install the latest generation of touch panels if you send that phone in. it is a very quick solution, 3 or 4 working days. i did it with 4 different 535. same firmware version, same os version, new touch panel - everything is alright and working like it is supposed to.
