we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries.     do the test with the telephone charging energy, improves screen problem?

    Some say that when the phone is connected to the power, the problem goes away, try connected to the wall and into the pc and see if it's true and we have

    Are there no representatives of Microsoft here? Why so many unanswered questions or should we just accept we were shortchanged? Is it that the faulty phones cannot be recalled or replaced? Pull up your socks! Just pull 'em up Microsoft. Nkt!

    Thank you very much for the information. Inaddition to touch screen I wish it solves the GPS problems also as Here Drive + and Here Maps are not satisfactory as musch as it was working in Lumia 520 and Lumia 630. I was using Lumia 520 since April 2013 till Lumia 630 was released when I witched over to it. Now using Lumia 535 and a bit frustarted by insensitive beaviour of Here + as it cannot show the either speed or distance most of the time even in the city roads inside a car.HOpe the new update solve this problem also along with touch.

    In italy new firmware 02060.00000.15053.24003 is available via OTA. Users reports mixed impressions, as with the december update: in my case, few to no benefits, other users say issue seems solved.

    On 8.10.14234.375 thru Recovery Tool, no luck. Touch issue is still there. They should have written on the box that people who have sweaty hands must not buy the product. Clearly it's hardware problem and Microsoft must recall their defective units. Hard earned money and respect for MS just got wasted.
