we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries. Latest software release for Lumia 535 is Lumia Denim (02054.00000.14485.370xx / 8.10.14219.341)

  • Touch screen performance improvements.
  • Cortana, the most personal digital assistant, is now available in more markets.
  • You can easily switch your mobile data connection on or off in the action centre.
  • Install phone updates more easily by scheduling them for a time that works best for you.
  • Stability and performance improvements.

    I got my phone back from care center with just a "Software update" and the touch issue is still there...I've no words, tomorrow I'll try with another Care center in my town, I hope they heard news from Microsoft on how to solve the issue!!

    thank you  , I guess you don't have a possible ETA right? As it's been a long time waiting (a month since this voice of a new update coming), and the repair center (in italy at least) seems not to know what to do...

    There wont be any solution with mere Software Update. The problem is with hardware. I updated my lumia 535 on 28 Dec. Despite update, I struggled with it. At last, I have submitted the handset to Care centre for replacement.

    ALL THE OWNERS OF THE LUMIA 535 ARE ADVISED TO SUBMIT UR HANDSETS TO CARE CENTRES IN YOUR TOWNS FOR REPLACEMENT.

    THERE IS NO USE OF KEEPING FAULTY AND BUGGY HANDSET WITH YOU,BECAUSE OF HARDWARE ISSUES.

    WE CAN LIVE FOR A MONTH OR SO WITHOUT HANDSET.

    IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT REPLACE WE WILL MOVE THE CONSUMER COURT AT LAST.
