2015-01-08T20:17:04+00:00 the issue is hardware related and Microsoft is not able to solve the problem with software updates.
scrolling with the finger in contact with the screen let it stutter like hell. If you give a gentle push and release the finger immediately you will notice how smooth the screen can scroll.
here is a video of a 535 dual SIM fr cv
os 8.10.14219.341
fw 02048.00000.14457.51001
hw 3.0.0.0
and here ist one after "THE" update the 535 world is waiting for, lumia 535 dual sim fr cv
os 8.10.14226.359
fw 02055.00000.14511.22002
hw 3.0.0.0
My recommendation is to return that phone asap and get your money back!
There won't be a satisfying solution in nearby future. Perhaps we can buy a 535 with one of the next hardware revisions - if they release such phones.
I Know that this is a budget phone, but I expect the touch screen to work flawlessly.

2015-01-09T04:21:57+00:00 What will be the ultimate solution of this LUMIA 535 phone if the touch issue is a hardware related issue. :(...
Expectation from this first Microsoft phone was high. But this touch issue depressed me. And what should I do now except waiting?
Will microsoft take this phone back? or change the touch related sensor if possible?

2015-01-09T07:30:43+00:00 It looks like there are already 535 with updated hardware released. At the wpcentral forums the user "zed 3250" mentioned it:

i believe it's really a hardware problem:
i bought mine from amazon france around 3 weeks ago and it does have the touch problem, but i've seen people from french forums who recently (3~4 days ago) bought the phone reporting no issues whatsoever, even without the update (it's not out yet in france).
I've even asked one of them about his hardware version and he said it was 0.5.0.1 (which is weird because mine was 3.0.0).
I really hope microsoft will make an official statement about this.

2015-01-09T10:14:00+00:00 I have intalled the updates but still touch issues are not fixed. Check the image I have attached. I am running the OS verion which you mentioned above. It doesnt fix any issues in my phone. Also i heared Nokia is replacing Touch panels for those who are still having issues even after the software update. Is that true ?
